This Privacy Policy outlines the categories of data we gather through our primary domain (netvantage.in), subsidiary cloud portals, customer ticket interfaces, and student internship enrollment forms, as well as our practices for storing, managing, and securing that information under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) and applicable international data protection standards.

Depending on which of our six core technology services you utilize or interact with, we collect and process the following categories of information:

• Corporate E-Mail & Web Hosting Accounts: Domain names, DNS configurations, mailbox administrative identifiers, cPanel/DirectAdmin credentials, and mail routing logs.
• Cloud & Dedicated Server Telemetry: Server IP allocations, root SSH public key fingerprints, hypervisor resource utilization, bandwidth telemetry, and security event logs.
• Domain Registration & WHOIS Records: Registrant organization details, administrative contact points, technical contact names, phone numbers, and ICANN verification records.
• Website Design & Custom Web Applications Data: Client branding assets, technical requirements, staging database schemas, API authentication keys, and source code repositories under development.
• Corporate & Commercial Contacts: Name, professional email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, organization name, and service specifications when requesting proposals or technical support.
• Student & Intern Application Records: Full legal name, college affiliation, student registration ID, branch, resume/portfolio URL, and academic verification details.

• Managing Web Hosting nodes, high-speed NVMe storage clusters, and automated daily backup routines.
• Orchestrating Bare-Metal and Cloud Server clusters, monitoring 99.99% network SLA health, and deploying hypervisor updates.
• Fulfilling ICANN-accredited domain registration, lifecycle renewal notices, and Anycast DNS propagation.
• Engineering custom Web Applications, executing milestone sprint deployments, and managing secure API endpoints.
• Validating project sprint deliverables for student internship cohorts.

04 Commercial Data & E-Mail Privacy Guarantee

We enforce strict operational separation between client data payloads and infrastructure management:

• Zero Email Content Mining: NetVantage Systems never reads, scans, indexes, or monetizes the content of corporate emails routed through our mail servers. Automated scanning is strictly confined to malicious virus signatures, phishing patterns, and inbound spam detection.
• Host & Server Sovereignty: Clients retaining root access to dedicated or cloud virtual servers possess sovereign control over operating system data, application databases, and private encryption keys.
• Source Code & IP Protection: Custom web applications and website design assets authored for commercial clients remain strictly confidential and protected by enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

05 Protection of Student & Academic Data

Data submitted through our Student Internship Program application portal is treated with heightened privacy safeguards:

• Application details are restricted to designated engineering leads, technical evaluators, and academic coordinators.
• Student identification numbers and completion metrics are maintained exclusively for verified institutional academic credit fulfillment.
• Intern code repositories created on staging systems are preserved in compliance with academic auditing requirements and are never made publicly searchable without explicit written consent.

06 Technical Data Security & Cryptography

We employ enterprise-grade defensive measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:

• Encryption in Transit: 256-bit TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols with modern cipher suites for all web traffic and API endpoints.
• Encryption at Rest: AES-256 block-level encryption for database storage volumes, backups, and hypervisor snapshots.

07 Data Retention Policy

We retain personal data only for the duration necessary to satisfy the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is mandated by Indian statutory accounting laws or telecommunication log retention rules:

• Client Account Records: Retained for the active duration of the contract plus seven (7) years following termination for regulatory tax audits.
• Internship Records: Student certifications and completion records are preserved for five (5) years to allow college verification and institutional compliance checks.
• Server & Access Logs: Web server access and error logs are retained for ninety (90) days for security telemetry before being purged or anonymized.

08 Third-Party Service Providers & Sub-processors

We may engage trusted third-party sub-processors strictly to assist in operating our infrastructure (such as Tier-3 carrier datacenters, upstream BGP transit providers, and verified payment gateways). All sub-processors are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations and required to uphold security standards commensurate with NetVantage requirements.

We may disclose information if required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction or valid governmental inquiry under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

09 Cookies & Anonymous Telemetry

Our website uses minimal, functional cookies necessary for user session security, interface navigation, and performance optimization. We do not deploy intrusive third-party cross-site behavioral tracking cookies.
